1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information through our own servers. The current version of the app does not require an account or sign-in.

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Notes and note titles you create.
• Checklist and to-do list content you create.
• Note state such as pinned or deleted/trash status.
• Your selected app appearance preference, such as Light, Dark, or System theme.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

Notes, checklists, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload this content to our servers.

Android application backup is disabled for this app in the current version. Uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored notes and app data.

3. Internet, Analytics, and Advertising

The current version of the app does not request Internet access and does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

If a future version introduces online services, analytics, advertising, cloud sync, or other third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data practices.

4. Sharing Notes

The app includes a Share feature. Sharing happens only when you choose to use that feature. When you share a note, Android lets you select another app or service to receive the note text.

Once you send content to another app or service, that third party's own privacy policy and data practices apply. We do not control how the receiving app handles information you choose to share with it.

5. Permissions

The current version is designed without unnecessary sensitive permissions. It does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS, phone calls, or device storage for its core note-taking features.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your notes remain on your device until you delete them, move them to Trash, permanently remove them through the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.

Because we do not maintain copies of your notes on our own servers, we generally cannot recover notes that have been permanently removed from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the current version does not send user notes or personal data to our servers, we do not knowingly maintain such information about children on our systems.

8. Security

We use a local-only design to reduce unnecessary transmission of your note content. However, no device or software environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your device, such as a screen lock.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal or platform requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
